This is a BETA release which adds new features to v5.0.50 RTW.

• includes a major rewrite for internal http requests in FacebookClient and FacebookOAuthClient. (100% backward compatibilty with v5.0.50)
• Support for upload progress report for PostAsync methods when there is at least one FacebookMediaObject.
• Support for async cancellation.
• updated SimpleJson to v0.8
• added Facebook.xd_receiver nuget package
• bug fixes
